Foreman
Position Description
The foreman will report directly to GC and oversee daily tasks are met on project site. The Forman is responsible to ensure work site is kept clean and safe of hazards. Must have the ability to be both firm yet fair and is expected to lead by example. Must ensure the homeowners property is being respected and cared for and address any concerns or needs that arise throughout the project.
Desired Qualifications
10 Years minimum experience in residential or commercial construction
Skills Required
Excellent organization and the ability to keep good records using company iPad is required. Must be able to manage a crew of 2-3 people and hit target project milestones to stay on budget. Must be proficient with all tools related to general contracting including but not limited to skill saws, table saws, chop saws, drills, grinders, demo saws, sanders, planers, routers, jointers, heat guns.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Safety conscious at all times.
- Able to lift up to 100lbs.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently when required.
- Requires to wear proper footwear and construction professional clothing, including a tool belt, and all required PPE.
