Anthony and his crew completed a major renovation on our Rocky Point Townhouse in 2021/2022.

The renovation included gutting and rebuilding 2 levels of stairs, 2 bathrooms, Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Entry.  He reinforced structural joists, installed new electrical service panels, re-wired and re – plumbed much of the townhouse, installed cabinets and windows, and finished off all the interior with expertly crafted custom made wall trims.   

Anthony was a joy to work with – his professionalism, craftsmanship, and communication skills made a huge difference in managing such a big renovation from my home 6 hours away. Always available and responsive to my calls, texts and emails. Fully transparent in invoices detailing labor and products.

Anthony remained flexible – able to interpret complicated building plans and work with me on the spot to manage the inevitable problems un- covered when renovating – together we improvised creative solutions and he masterfully executed the solutions! Including handmade live edge walnut shelving in a custom entryway and beverage center as well as a custom log hollowed to cover an exposed Pipe.

When I purchased a property in 2014 that needed a major gut and renovation I knew I needed someone I could trust on the project. Tony and his team delivered above all expectations on the project. They immediately got to work and kept me updated on any budget shifts. All additional costs incurred (while we were cutting ancient walls) were discussed in advance. He was communicative, honest and delivered on time. Often him and his crew would work well into the later evenings. His dedication was unmatched. In the end the product was a beautiful renovated lodge. He put in all new bead board, insulation, assisted adjusting the plumbing and electric and finalized all finishing touches. Our space received recognition from various interior design magazines afterwards. To this day Tony is a friend to me and my family and we cannot wait to call in him for our next project.

Adirondack Contracting renovated my townhome. The "down to the studs" renovation, addition of a finished basement, foundation and dry well work was extensive. At every turn, Anthony was confident, completed our work with excellent craftsmanship and sourced materials with quality well above my expectations. His creative ability far exceeded our expectations. Separately, we engaged Anthony to make a custom furniture (bar and desk) They are of exquisite quality and craftsmanship – certainly nothing that could be purchased.
